What this program is
The M sends text messages to members and interested families who ask for them: lesson and class reminders, booking confirmations, and occasional studio updates. Messages come from our toll-free number +1 (833) 847-3514.
How people opt in
Consent is collected on a web form inside a member's account on the-m.club. The member enters their own phone number and checks an unchecked-by-default box that reads:
"Text me lesson reminders and studio updates at this number. Message rates may apply, reply STOP anytime."
No number is texted without this box being checked by the account holder. Consent is stored with a timestamp and can be withdrawn at any time in account settings or by replying STOP.

- Message frequency: up to 4 messages per month for a typical member.
